Nature of Service

OddSightSeer is a sports data analytics and information platform. We provide statistical analysis, odds comparison, and educational tools to help users make informed decisions. OddSightSeer is not and does not operate as:

• A sportsbook, bookmaker, or gambling operator
• A betting exchange or wagering platform
• A payment processor for gambling transactions
• An entity that accepts, places, or facilitates bets or wagers of any kind

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OddSightSeer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use OddSightSeer for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for commercial purposes or public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on OddSightSeer
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror on any other server
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to scrape or extract data from the platform

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Confirming you are 18 years of age or older

Subscription and Payment

Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods — access continues until the end of the current period
• Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe

Prohibited Uses

You may not use OddSightSeer:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations
• To transmit any malicious code or attempt to compromise system security
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the service
• To scrape, extract, or harvest data through automated means
• In any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the platform

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abusive behavior, violate these terms, or misuse the platform. This includes but is not limited to automated scraping, chargebacks without cause, or sharing account access.

Limitation of Liability

OddSightSeer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. OddSightSeer is strictly a data analytics and information tool. We do not accept, place, or facilitate bets. All betting decisions are made solely at your own discretion and risk through third-party licensed sportsbooks that are not affiliated with or controlled by OddSightSeer.

Responsible Gambling

OddSightSeer is committed to promoting responsible gambling awareness. While we provide analytics tools, we encourage users to:

• Set personal limits on time and money spent on betting activities
• Never bet more than you can afford to lose

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
